- A return or exchange is accepted only if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and in its original packaging.
- Requests for exchange or return are reviewed and approved within 3 business days.
- Once approved, the courier will reach the customer within 3–5 business days.

- Please take clear photos of the product and send them along with the city, address, and order number, so we can replace it with another product if it is defective, damaged, or does not function as agreed.
- A full refund will be issued if the delivered product is completely different from the product description shown on our website.
- We are not responsible for any customer expectations regarding product usage that were not mentioned on the product page on our website.
